How it works

Enter a URL or paste HTML

Fetch one public page using ordinary HTTP, or parse pasted HTML on your device. This converter reads the original markup without JavaScript execution or browser rendering.

Choose the content scope

Main content uses main, article, or role=main when available and removes common navigation and sidebars while keeping article headers. Entire page includes navigation content blocks.

Download structured JSON

Inspect the formatted JSON, copy it, or download a .json file. Blocks follow document order. The converter does not summarize content or infer product, company, or job fields.

What is the JSON structure?

The object contains url (the source URL or null), title (the HTML title or an empty string), and blocks. Headings h1-h6, paragraphs p, blockquotes, and code blocks pre use type and text. Lists ul/ol use type and items, an array of strings. Tables use type and rows, an array of cell-string arrays.

How are nested elements handled?

A list, quote, code block, or table consumes its descendants once so their text is not emitted again as separate blocks. Nested lists are flattened into their parent item. Table cells keep their source order without expanding merged cells. Code whitespace is preserved.

Is this AI data extraction?

No. Deterministic HTML rules identify supported content blocks. They do not infer missing facts, assign semantic fields, or generate summaries. Scripts and styles are removed in both content modes.

Why is content missing from the JSON?

JavaScript-generated content, images, unstructured text outside supported blocks, and private pages may be absent. Main-content selection depends on the markup; try Entire page if needed. There is no rendered-browser fallback.
