Compliance

• SOC 2 Type II. Audited by an independent firm; report available under NDA. Details
• HIPAA support on enterprise plans, with a custom data policy and zero data retention.
• Data Processing Agreement covering GDPR, UK GDPR, and the Swiss FADP, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers. Read the DPA
• Sub-processor list published on the trust center, with at least ten days' notice before a new sub-processor is added.
• Deletion on termination. Customer personal data is securely destroyed within 90 days of termination, per the DPA.

Data control

• Custom data retention. Choose zero data retention, or a retention window that matches your policy. Session recordings, logs, and screenshots can be disabled.
• Sensitive data never reaches the model. Pass secrets as sensitive_data placeholders; the agent sees the placeholder, the browser receives the value.
• Password vault integration. Connect a 1Password vault; usernames, passwords, and 2FA codes are filled programmatically without the model seeing them. Browser Use does not store browser passwords.
• Domain allow and block lists. Restrict a session to allowed_domains or exclude prohibited_domains.
• Bring your own model key on eligible plans, so prompts and page content go to your provider account.
• EU data residency for browsers and agents is available to enterprise customers on request.

Browser control at scale

• Custom hardened Chromium. Every cloud session runs on our own Chromium fork with stealth enabled by default and patches kept current with upstream releases, so agents keep access to the whole web as anti-bot systems change.
• Per-session fingerprints. Canvas, WebGL, fonts, navigator, and other signals are randomized per session, with macOS, Windows, and Linux fingerprint sets.
