# Knock: 4 WebMCP tools for AI agents

![](https://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=knock.app&sz=96)

Developer tools · knock.app

## Knock

Customer messaging and notification infrastructure. Agents can search site pages, navigate, subscribe to the newsletter and open sales contact.

[Open knock.app](https://knock.app/)

## Ask an agent to

- Find Knock's pages about in-app notifications
- Subscribe me to the Knock newsletter
- Open Knock's contact sales page

## 4 tools

When we loaded knock.app again on Oct 24, 2026, it registered these through `navigator.modelContext` or `provideContext()`, from earlier WebMCP drafts. Chrome 154 only offers `document.modelContext`, so Chrome’s own agent support does not see them.

- `navigate_to_page`

Navigate the current browser tab to a page on the Knock marketing site. Only known internal paths are accepted. Use \`search\_pages\` first to discover valid paths.

    path: string

- `open_contact_sales`

Navigate to the Knock contact sales page so the user can talk to the sales team. This does not submit the form.

- `search_pages`read-only

Search the Knock marketing site for pages matching a free-text query. Returns matching pages with their path, title, and description. Use this to help a user find the right page before navigating.

    query: string, limit: integer?

- `subscribe_to_newsletter`

Subscribe an email address to the Knock newsletter. The email is added to the 'newsletter-subscribers' audience. Ask the user for confirmation before calling this tool.

    email: string

Tool names and descriptions are what knock.app/ registered when we loaded it in Chrome 154 on Browser Use Cloud. The summary and the “ask an agent” lines are AI-written from them. To call the tools yourself, see [Chrome’s WebMCP docs](https://developer.chrome.com/docs/ai/webmcp). [How we found it](https://browser-use.com/webmcp#method).
